UNMATCHED customer service. I am taking a mission trip to some orphanages in Peru and was concerned about placing an order and not having it arrive on time. I called and left a late night message. By morning I had a reply by email. I also had a phone call with Maribel who assisted me with discussing shipping time estimates depending on what product I ordered for the orphan kids and from which warehouse it would come out of. Then after placing the order, to my surprise the account manager Nick called to ask me how everything went. I advised I was going to be short shipped due to lack of an item I ordered and he took the time to ask me what I was looking for and went online with me to find a similar product to order. Every person I came into contact with, Maribel, Nick, and the people answering the customer service email were very speedy and helpful in helping me. We need more companies with this kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you guys!!!
