I have a very low opinion for the dealer and the sales person, they try to sell the car by not disclosing the information as per a dealer standard to the customer.

They do not provide a detail inspection report or a car fax if the car that they are selling has problems. After the car has been sold the dealer does not care for the customer concern.

I bought a acura 2000 TL, Rafie adams was the sales person and he kept on telling that the car was owned by his friend and there was no problems with the car. on insisting for the inspection report he said he had seen the inspection report and avoided providing it to me.
I completely believed him since it was sold from a recognized dealer and the car would have been inspected and all the problems would have been fixed.

After a month when i had trouble with the car , there was no one in the dealership who could address my concern , that the car sold only a month old could should have been fixed by the dealer.
The service inspected the car and they reported that the problem car had were existing before i had bought the car and it was upto to the sales person to provide the information, on approaching sales personal they said they are not responsible after the car has been sold.

I would advise to not buy used cars from this dealer , they do not have least concern for the customer concerns.
