Realistically, I would leave zero stars if I could. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and dealt with Jacob Marvin. I paid ABOVE KBB value in CASH and was told the vehicle was inspected by the dealership s mechanics. The next day, I began to notice a clunking noise when shifting the transmission. I did some research and pretty confidently pinpointed what it was: bad news. But not too bad because I had bought this used car from a larger dealership that I thought would care about customer relations.

After a couple days of phone tag and avoidance from Jacob, he contacted me via TEXT and said that the absolute best they could do was $570 for just labor. I still had to source the parts and drive 2+ hours back to the dealership for them to perform the job. So instead of $1000 by myself, it was $800 plus hundreds of extra miles of driving. Great.

My final advice would be that if you re shopping for a used car and going to Ferris to avoid getting screwed by the little mom and pop dealers, don t. They ll take advantage of you and the contracts you sign, and furthermore, will have a blatant disregard for any practices of decency expected from larger dealerships.
