Employees were very nice and helpful - we stayed in Beach Club level which made stay special.

Food was excellent for an all inclusive

Ground were clean and restaurants were very clean.

Golf course was not crowded and very nice to play.

Pool area clean and enjoyable.

Beach at Playa Conchal nice but access was just OK since steep shoreline and not much room for chairs.

On Beach we met Erik Garcia who arranged some great Zipline, ATV and Waterfall tours via private driver who spoke English and have AC Minivan and was very helpful. Erik is well versed in local area tours and personnel involved in Tours.
