This was such a cool experience in regards to the history of the Arch. However they let way too many people up in the top at one time, and sadly most people don't listen to the instructions... IE do not stop at the first four windows. Keep walking so everyone else can get off the stairs. They have such an opportunity to make this experience one of a kind, starting with less people.
