My parents house had severe mold issues and I reached out to a couple companies but Matrix was the first to respond and Jon actually came out the next day. He did a free assessment for me and took the time to explain things to me - what would need to be done and how to prevent mold in the future. He was very transparent about his service quote, walking me through the details and saving me money where he could by making recommendations on how to schedule the work to minimize labour minimums. Our technicians, Ghirmay & Nawaz, were courteous, friendly and hard-working. We have just finished the remediation of the mold and the work is superb. Even our insurance assessor was impressed! The price was exactly as negotiated with no surprises afterwards. I appreciated how the team would tidy up every day before they left even if they were coming back the next morning.
