Seriously considering my trading module to someone...
Seriously considering my trading module to someone else's. Been BMO customer for 15+ years but this is so far the worst quality service i have ever got.
1.5 hours of no response from the call centre while i need to trade my stock ASAP. spend 4 days already just try to contact them. (if i got my account got froze after creating client id, why do you not contact the customer when you guys have my contact infos from top to bottom)
One more thing, I know you guys try to cost saving, but employee people at least sensible level. If you cant do that, of course i found no reason to see you guys to do business in this field. If cant manage your business, at least make local branches can handle the account issues.
p.s what i have expected was not autogenerated answers back from bot. But a response from the customer service. which is not still happening after sending the email too. Your customer service clearly betrayed the my expectation from top to bottom.
