I ordered a clutch master cylinder in January 2020...

I ordered a clutch master cylinder in January 2020 (supposedly in stock at the time), part never received because unavailable (Order no .: 27086791Y9014719).
Despite numerous reminders to customer service, 8 months have passed and I still have not been reimbursed despite great promises!
Should we sue them to recover around thirty euros?
Here is a site to be strongly discouraged!
