I was in an accident that was not my fault a car turned infront of me my Adjuster: Steve McKinley took my statement and without checking the other persons car sends me a letter that the accident is 100% my fault and told me I should have stopped for the other car! Run away from this company don't even waste your time. Online payments are through a 3rd party who charge a seperate fee. This company is a joke
