I wish! there was an option to give ZERO stars. THE SCAMMERS. They say on call they are HP, DELL, LENEVO, ACER, ACER, etc. I am from tech support background. The HR RICHA CHAUDHARY called me for Tech Support, When I reached there they said its a Tech sales process, then they convinced me to join as a sales agent. The HR lied that it's a Tech Support 1st thing. Then I joined they said there will be training of 15 days. The worst time I ever had in my life. No one was there to train, there was only one lady ARTI, she was nice person, but no training. We used to go there and sleep. The manager NAV, the stupid and the uneducated guy (I am sure belong to an uneducated family, he knows only hoe to speak English with accent, but no manners, no humanity, ), doesn't know how to talk with employees. The tech trainer KEVIN came only one day(only for 1hr) and he even doesn't know any technical thing. They were mostly busy in doing scams. They call people from any background and then then ask them to do sale, do fake things, tell customer fake and do scam, if cannot do that, the Manager will Humiliate you, abuse you, show you down, would raise finger even on your past organizations, and ask you to leave forcefully. Even all the HR belongs to the same category, if you complain them they wouldn't listen to you and would find only your faults.

I would not suggest any body to go there if you do not belong to the same profile, also ready to get humiliated by the Mangers and higher staffs and ready to get terminated any time.
