We closed our purchase in the middle of the Covid 19 crisis, and were blown away with how organized and on top of everything the LaFlamme team was! Everything went smoothly, and we closed right on time with zero delays or stress. Simultaneously, we were also closing a sale and our buyers used a credit union for their loan, who were so disorganized and caused our closing to be delayed TWICE, and we were very nearly delayed a third time! On top of that, we got the same competitive rate and reasonable fees as one would get from a much lesser company - who you choose for your financing makes such a difference, even in the best of times, but much more so when there are challenges involved.
