UPDATE: Received a phone call from John, who went above and beyond to make things right and replace our defective knee brace.

First day having the brace and the plastic loop to secure it broke. This was not even 10 hours of use. They want you to bring the brace in to inspect first before replacing. What an inconvenience when my child's leg is to remain immobile for 4 weeks. I would either need to check her out of school so she can remain home while I take the brace in or check her out of school to go with me to have them inspect it. Really?!?! How about you send the part I am requesting to my home.
