Laptops Direct act in a very suspicious way. They had the best deal available for the mobile I wanted and took my money, via PayPal, in seconds. That's when things changed. I selected free delivery - bad choice. I was immediately given a delivery date 3 weeks ahead. I emailed them to ask why they hadn't despatched after 3 days - no response. I phoned, no one answered. I used Chat - painfully slow - and the person gave me an answer unrelated to my question. I eventually gave up. They never did despatch the phone but did process a refund after two working days. Strange company, stay clear if you can!
