Poor communication and Little motivation to help solve issues when they arise. After hours they farm out to out-of-state answering service. They do seem to be good at offering platitudes on the google review board though!

[EDIT] And I understand that a management company that posts tow-zone signs without contact telephone number to RETRIEVE a vehicle are probably poorly run, if not negligent. maybe dmc has been spending too much time tending an online reputation with vapid google responses to real issues. One star too many.
