Having been an LL Bean customer for over 40 years, I was very disappointed when I had a jacket that I brought in to have repaired or replaced and was turned away. Granted the jacket is about 15 years old, but other than the zipper constantly jamming, it's in great condition. However, since I didn't have a receipt, there is nothing they are willing to do. I bought it in a time that Bean's didn't require you to have a receipt, just bring it back and they would take care of it. Well, Cabellas is a lot closer and I think I'll be doing my shopping with them from now on.
