Infosys is the worst company in the world. This is the one and only company which ask for the expected salary at the time of filling application form. Few days back I also applied for the post of oracle dba. Yesterday (1st feb 2020), finally I got the chance to give interview in this jaffa company(pune hinjewadi phase 2). My technichal round was awesome. And I got selected for the HR round. In HR round, they offered me 5.6 lac package. I have 3+ years of experience and my current CTC is 6.5 lac. The HR was with some 16 years of experience. But as he was discussing, it seems he is the peon of the company. And all of sudden someone asked him to take HR round. In the month of May I left IBM with the CTC of 4 lac. And my current company offered me 6.5 lac CTC . And now I am expecting my salary increment on 6.5 and as per my ability, my knowledge. But according to him it's not fair. He was talking like some jealous aunties. According to him it is not fair to get hike within 8 months. He was just showing me the poorness of the company. He was showing me the calculation that every year they are recruiting some 18000 student from all over the India.I can't understand how it was related to my salary. He told if we are giving 20% hike per year then also it will reach some 5.5 lac. So max to max company can pay 5.6 lac. I couldn't understand how jaffa he was. Why anyone will degrade himself/herself.whatever he discussed with me for 10-15 minutes , it was complete nonsense.
