I spent two hours shopping, gathering sales items, collecting them into a Penny s basket. I couldn t take the basket into the fitting room, so I left it with the fitting room attendant. 10 min later I went to retrieve it, and it was gone. It wasn t put back, it wasn t at the front: another customer was allowed to take property, unnoticed from a room that was supposed to be guarded by the staff. Upon explaining my situation, no one cared, some of the staff was rude, and only after getting a manager did anyone even look. Nothing was done. Poor customer service and rude staff!
