I loved every minute of my 4-day stay at the Ritz-Carlton beach side hotel. I was there for work so I spent a lot of time in various meeting rooms on the property there were never any problems, all of the equipment always worked.

The food was delicious. The drinks, Miami Vice & Trouble in Paradise in particular, were amazing.

For me though, the main thing that made my stay pleasurable was the people. Every single staff member (groundskeeping, housekeeping, wait staff, desk clerks, etc.) - EVERY one of them were very polite, relaxed and focused on making my stay pleasurable. There were 230 of us and the staff handled all of our needs perfectly.
