I had a terrible experience with them.The main thing is their Insurance Policy.I had ICBC investigating them as I was covered by them but Pacific Car Rental charge me $2276, yes that's right.ICBC paid half of it according to them even they don't know why Pacific charge me Arm n a leg for a Scratch on a Car.So Pls. be sure before returning the Car
Their deductible for Insurance is $5000 so if anything under that happens you are responsible for that,a Scratch can cost you a LOT...

Repair it Return it If no other choice
