I came to the Paramus Location and was seen by Rolando who is incredible. Unfortunately he is booked solid and I was placed on a waiting list. I asked Rolando for a letter to my Primary Care Physician stating simply that I was here today, but due to unavailability I will be placed on a waiting list. NOT TOO COMPLICATED RIGHT? The woman in the back I'm assuming the manager told me that they don't do letters like that. All they can do is give me a letter that I was here today. The receptionist was very nice as was Rolando, but that manager is in the wrong field. Behavioral Health???? Hello?? You would think THE MANAGER would have a nicer bedside manner. It was a petty issue. You're already typing the letter, you can't add 1 SENTENCE?!?!?! That is what I call inexcusable insubordination.... I give the receptionist Rolando
