WHERES THE 0 STAR OPTION?!
Supplied me with a bin that kept getting emptied by people at night and rubbish strewn all over the car park, asked for a bin with a lock, took 3 weeks for a reply and was told only option was to upgrade to a bigger bin, I asked for a padlock, chain, bin clamp, I even offered to fit it myself - no interest or support just wanted more money for a bigger bin I didnt want or need.
Bunch of cowboys, cancelled an auto renewing waste collection service, they lost the email, now stuck in an unwanted contract, seeking legal advice. BUNCH OF JOKERS AVOID!
