After taking some time off from working full time to start a family I was incredibly nervous about finding a new job that would fit my family lifestyle. I worked with Sarah Binderberger at the Mcintyre Group. From the moment I stepped into her office she made me feel comfortable and confident. She helped me re-vamp my resume and placed me right away in a position. Although that position didn't work out, it was not her fault and she very diligently and eagerly placed me at a new company. This new company is now where my long standing career will be. She assisted me in every step of the process including giving me the support to negotiate my salary. This was my first experience using a staffing agency and I am thrilled with the results. Sarah really believed in me and I will be forever grateful to her for that.
