Like all Fairmonts I've stayed at, the staff is absolutely the most professional at what they do. I stayed in a room with a balcony and view of the lake and it was the nicest place I've ever seen from a hotel room. The food and drinks were top notch. The room service came insanely quick for a hotel and during covid they followed health protocol to the letter. I felt extremely safe. they disinfected tables between seatings. mandatory masks, and hand sanitizer was abundantly available. Will absolutely be back.
