I absolutely love this gym. They are very welcoming, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, they are masters at scaling to your specific needs, and their programming is out of this world.

The all female-owned gym is exploding with a ton of TLC from Janice and Casey, and trust me, they are there to take you in with open arms. If you've never done CrossFit before, they will definitely guide you from beginner all the way to an advanced athlete.

In addition to being a great CrossFit gym, they are also a Ninja Warrior training facility with tons of obstacles, of which, are adaptable to transform to meet your specific needs.

The customer service and community is above and beyond better than any gym in the area. Come by and see for yourself, try it out, they won't bite...hard, and see what they mean when they say you got "JJ'd!"
