Very disappointed with my last service call. After waiting over 2 hours for an oil change, I was told they would need to keep it. I was told it would be ready on. Wednesday (in 2 days). I tried to call several times on Wednesday to find out the status of my truck, as I had not heard anything. U kept being transferred to someone that was not available, and never returned my calls. I was finally told it would be done by 6, and that I could get it first thing on Thursday. When I arrived on Thursday, they told me it was not done yet, but it would be in 45 minutes. Fortunately I was not able to wait for it, as it was another 3 hours before I was notified that it was done. Extremely disappointing service!!!
