Follow up was standard, service tech had some serious body odor, not happy about having someone's BO stuck on my seats of my brand new truck seat, along w/ moving my adjustments for his comfort. Addressed the manager but he is clueless, & not very complacent in doing his managerial duties. Very disappointed.
