The sales department was okay, but back office is rude and incompetent. The deal went well, but registration process took too long. Even though they had all my paperwork ready a day in advance they did not start the registration process until the last moment. I had to wait hours due a glitch with paperwork. The finance manager started to treat me as if work for him. He had me call my insurance company to send a corrected form. I could get the inspection sticker that day because of the delay.

After I got the car I thought everything is over. No! Two days later I guy from financed called me to come back to sign a check and started bullying. He treated me as if I am driving their car for fee. When I went back, they said I was all set. I went back for nothing. I tolerated the bully's rant for nothing.
