Two different weekends received cold food on the buffet. When tried to talk to staff, was offered a comp that was not even a full dinner. Tried to follow up with management and spent over 45 minutes on hold to get frustrated enough to hang up. This is not how this place started. Sorry to see it go so severely down hill.
