King bed room 6th floor view of TD Ameritrade & Marriott outdoor pool speaking of which TripAdvisor is inaccurate in the fact there is NO pool, breakfast is NOT free & parking is $15 per day starting March 1, 2018 not $10. Improvements: 2 Bathroom bulbs were out, business center had 2 of 3 printers with errors (replace drum, low ink & not synched w PC), and microwave uses leaked condensation each time w all frozen meals. Front desk staff quite accommodating & friendly. Fitness center well kept, cardio options, free+cable weights, bench, TV's functional & up to date circa 2015 with water bottle full, plenty of towels, sanitization wipes and even wrapped headsets for convenience. lastly it's also under renovations for the exterior bit didn't cause me any issues and the desk is very upfront. Breakfast hot will run 11.99 and a cold breakfast I believe was 7.99. Nearest gas station or pharmacy was blocks away in a slightly shady area if you want to shop your own breakfast options.
