Sylvester party for CH 79.00 was a complete demolition! The persons in charge did not comply with what this hotel had offered in advance (table reservation = no report, DJ music = catastrophe, New Year's / midnight snack = unsavory!). From my point of view, a written complaint was answered by the responsible persons with no insight into misconduct and insufficiently. Years ago, we (50th anniversary of a club) were also "kidnapped" - I hoped that they had learned from their misconduct at the time - no report !! As my club colleagues have been doing for years, I will never visit this hotel again!
