Mark was AMAZING. I had been in a bad accident (was rear-ended, car was a write-off) and wanted to replace my 2 month old golf exactly as I had it before. Mark gave us a loaner car so we didn't have to keep paying for a rental, he got me my exact vehicle again - and quickly! After a horrible situation, Southgate VW really made me feel taken care of. Highly recommend.
