Asked for an estimate Thursday October 13th. Was asked to send an email of said window. I did. Called Tuesday October 18th and was told they knew about my email and would call me right back. Did not happen. I called again Friday October 21st and was told they were going to look into it as to why I did not get a response and I would be called right back. Did not happen again. I called again today October 24th and was told I would be called right back. Did not happen again. Would be nice to just hear "Sorry we can not help you" because I would've just moved on and not wasted my time waiting. A shame since all reviews are 5 star.
