Horrible communication. Woman who answers the phones has the worst attitude! They have no idea on what s going on in their communities they manage. They give mixed info on what s going on with accounts and blow you off when you give them facts. Now I see why we interviewed 3 new property management companies on the 1 of oct. do yourself a favor and look else where. Let me also add we have had 3 diff reps at our club house in the last 7 months. They can t seem to get it together!!!!
