The first time I went Webster hall studio last night, I met a security guy with dark color skin who was extremely rude to me. I went there alone and he asked me for my ID, I showed it to him but he did not trust me and asked for my passport. I understood that since my photo on ID was took many years ago and didn't look like me. He kept asking me my age and said things sarcastically in front of a huge line. Then I was looking for my passport photo for him on the phone as he said, when I showed it to him, he ignored it at all and still humiliated me. He even took my phone without my permission and looked over all my photos in my photo albulms and judged me. who gave him right to do this This made me so angry! For the whole time I was being polite to him. He was not trying to prove my age but being incredible condecending. When he saw all the Facebook passport photos and id card that can prove my age he felt too shameful to admit he was wrong. He did not appologize for his action at all. Because there was a long line behind me I didn't want to waste other people's time to argue with him. I HOPE HE SHOULD KNOW HOW RUDE HE IS.
