Having found the car I was interested in online I dealt with Dan Bond in the dealership. He could not have been more helpful and was a pleasure to do business with. He understood the deal I was after and we reached it with little fuss. Aside from a hiccup over insurance (largely the fault of my insurer), handover was smooth and trouble free.
I've had some poor experiences with another Wessex dealership & I was very uncertain about using them again, but Dan and the team in Bristol went a long way towards redeeming the Wessex reputation. If the after sales service lives up to sales then I will be more than happy.
