I was seen after falling and hitting my hip. The ER was extremely busy , but I never felt overlooked or not important. From the Triage person to the nurses who assisted, the phlebotomist and to the doctors I have nothing but the highest respect. They were so kind and compassionate towards me. Being an older person I always wonder how I will be treated, but I just have to they all went above and beyond to care for me. Thank you to the staff in the emergency room for making me feel important. God bless you all for everything you do.
