Please don t use their service. Try to register and to send funds, they were requesting too many documents. Passport, driving licence, original bank / credit card statement from online banking and a scan of CRA tax letter. I have used two other providers for money transfer, with my passport and driving licence, no issues at all. For a little rate difference, please don t waste your time. Use other services that are available.
