This place is a great way to spend time on culture. The collections are divided into many themes and covers them in great detail. If you are into visiting musuems, this will set you back at least 3 hrs. Do note the collections are housed in separate buildings and are not inter-connected so don t miss out on the others.

And every 2nd Tues admissions is free! - which I took advantage of as a tourist as the admission fees is quite hefty compared to other musuems (but understanably so due to its magnitude).

I particularly enjoyed the 3D: double vision collection. This is pretty interactive and also requiring you use a variety of glases to look at different exhibits and appreciate 3D media.

If you have time, there is another interesting musuem opposite: Peterson musuem and this will nicely complete the day s itinerary for you.
