Updating my previous 4 star review to a 1 star. I'd give no stars, but it won't let me.

Went to the ER last night and was treated horribly. I went in with severe spine pain. They took me to x-ray. They were trying to x-ray my neck. In order to get the x-ray, she needed me to put my arms straight down by my side. I couldn't do this because of the pain in my spine. The tech said don't worry about it, we'd try again in an hour. So I get back to my room, and let my nurse know that the pain meds they'd given me weren't helping. So she comes in and gives me ibuprofen. My pain level is at 10+ and they give me something I already tried at home. So I question the nurse about it. She said she'll go talk to the nurse practitioner that had ordered it. The next thing I know the discharge nurse comes in and hands me discharge paperwork. I explain to her that I'm waiting on the NP come talk to me because I was still in excruciating pain, plus I was still waiting for x-ray. She tells me they aren't giving me anything else and then tells me that I REFUSED x-ray. I was like umm no I didn't. I couldn't put my arm in the position the tech needed, so they said they'd come back in an hour to try again. She then gets snappy and tells me that I'm being discharged. So I asked her to bring me the MD that was working, because neither she nor the NP were listening to me and they were trying to give me things I've already tried at home, plus they were discharging me without examining me and without any tests besides blood work. She then walks out and slams the door. A few minutes later security comes walking in to escort my husband and I off the premises for simply asking to see the doctor.
