Stayed at this hotel for a volleyball tournament stay and play several months ago. I hope things have improved. When we came back to our room after a busy first day, housekeeping had not cleaned our room. When I called the front desk and asked why they said that housekeeping was busy and didn't have time. Ummm...ok. Housekeeping did show up the next day. They left trash on the counter, didn't vacuum, didn't replace ice bucket liner or toiletries and only replaced a few of the towels leaving us without enough to shower, etc. Worst housekeeping service I have experienced at any hotel. Also sat in line to self park for almost 30 minutes. I will say the breakfast was good so there's that. Stay somewhere else if you possibly can.
