The staff is friendly and competent. They regularly perform service on my 2011 Versa and 2005 Corolla. I've never had a problem with them and they get things done on time and have a very comfortable waiting room that sometimes have donuts and always has coffee. The last dealership repair shop I used had sales people who bug you while you wait. Illini Nissan doesn't do that, which is a relief. They are about the service.
