As an owner of rental properties in another city, I found it impossible to find good, hands-on, local property management. A friend of mine recommended me Active Renter Property Management and, after a consultation, I was sold. Everything is handled in an efficient, professional manner, tenants are extremely satisfied, and rarely have we had a vacancy for more than a few days. Most importantly, their level of responsiveness is excellent, taking the burden of day-to-day dealings from me almost entirely.
