Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!
I purchased 2 tickets for Friday 10/04/19, and the haunted houses got cancelled due to rain. I did not receive the email until 7pm Friday. The email stated following dates that I could use my tickets but I was not able to attend those dates. I spoke to Mr. McCall and requested a refund and he said "Absolutely not, I have accommodated you by allowing you to come on the more expensive days." Which I could not do. He refused to refund me the money. He went on to say that maybe he should of just left the event open, I could of went in my galoshes fall crack my head and then sue him. I was astonished by his behavior. I told him that I guess I would go this Saturday, and he said "Knock yourself out, it will be busy!!"
Extremely rude person, especially for dealing with the public.
