Shockingly unprofessional. I'm starting to think this is a bogus company.
I received a fine but appealed as I do not believe I parked longer than the time permitted, so I asked to receive a proof of said infringement. I am still waiting for a reply of my appeal, but today received a second letter asking for payment, with the amount now increased!
Why should I be made to pay without proof that I overstayed the time permitted?
There is no email or phone number to contact customer service. I can see in responses below the other complaints that you should ring the payment number and wait to be transfered to someone. Well surprise surprise there is no such option, and even when I dial option 3 nothing happens. I have no mean of speaking to or sending an email to this company to speak about my case!
