If I could I would give them negative stars SHANNON is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY RUDE NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AT ALL, try to avoid speaking with her. She tries to scare you that you are on a recorded line ...so? She seems like a newbe with no training cause she just speaks in circles when I ask a question she says "I already answered your question" obviously you didn't cause I didn't get an answer. I called for a receipt of the payment and she DECLINE to release a receipt to me, is that even legal for someone to decline a receipt for payment you have made? Total BS! Very horrible harassing company always calling and mailing you bills, I was fully aware I had to pay , NO NEED TO HARASS ME WITH CALLS AND BILLS. I think its funny that it took them 2 seconds to take $4,200 from me but it took them a week to mail me the case release AND NOW DECLINING TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE PAYMENT TOTAL BS! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID BEWARE !!!
