I've been going to Fitness 1 Express for a few months now, and I'm really happy with my experience. The trainers are great and provide personalized workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is in excellent condition. The atmosphere is welcoming and not intimidating at all. I've seen a significant improvement in my strength and overall fitness since joining this gym. Highly recommended!
