Our puppy was stung by a bee and her eye was swollen. Called on our way and was put on hold. Finally once we were sitting in the parking lot for 5 minutes, they answered. I told them what happened and they informed me of their fee (which didn t matter at that point just wanted to make sure she was okay) and then said there was a 6-7 hour wait. We immediately jumped in the car and called VCA in Shelton who told us to bring her right in and even though they had a wait she would be seen as soon as we got there as a allergic reaction was a priority.
