The staff is disrespectful and extremely messy. We have been waiting for over an hour even though we arrived at the exact time of our appointment. The staff was asking amongst themselves where the papers and documents were after receiving them, call the patients by their first names instead of their surnames or full names (eventually calling someones first name for the THIRD TIME and pointing for them to come). Too many patients and too little staff to attend them. Other people here have been waiting for 2 hours despite arriving on time. Overall a terrible environment and workplace and it reserves a lower rating than it does now. The technicians are fine, but this place is a disgrace.
