Great to deal with and they went the extra mile when delivering the car to Lizzi, I couldn't wipe the smile off her face!! It's the little touches like that that keep me a loyal customer to auto classic and I'm pretty sure they just got another one

Very much disappointed with recent car servicing. A few days afterward, a warning kept appear on screen, then rang to service department for advice. I was told to make an appointment which will cost me again just for investigation, regardless of recent full servicing which cost me almost $3000.

We currently have a car in service at the dealership and the stuff have been nothing but rude. Called on saturday with a warning sign we were getting, lady said drop it off on Monday. I have been on the phone with servicing for 20 minutes on 2 separate calls. I never received a call back from the service advisor Matthew. Amy and Aman were so rude on the phone because apparently there was no booking. I didn't expect this from BMW servicing.

Took my car in for a service at Auto Classic BMW this morning. Had a few gold coins placed on the tray that was meant to be for parking tickets, thinking "Ahh it's a prestige dealer, nothing would happen!" Guess I was wrong! A lowlife scum(s) took most of the coins and left me with a few 5 cents !!! DEFINITELY NOT ON Auto Classic BMW !!! It's probably about $6 worth of coins, but in the end it's not about the money at all! Where the heck is the integrity guys?!?!

I recently visited auto classic with a friend who had just purchased one of their most recent new vehicles and I could not have been more pleased with the service we experience. We were introduced to multiple staff members and time was taken to answer any questions we had. The area its self was tidy, clean and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Even while waiting for paperwork to be finalised we were offered coffee and drinks. The best experience I have had with a car company so far.

Absolutely useless. They have strung me out for 18 months waiting for a replacement airbag recall, while sending me letters of how deadly it is and how I should urgently have it seen to. I ve been unable to use my passenger seat safely for 18 months now.

It s now my 3rd vehicle purchase from Auto Classic BMW and again smooth as always!!

What can I say Vedran, Jay , Patel and the wonderful Emily were once again exceptional!!

The team really do take service very seriously and up a notch.

Because of this team I will ONLY buy my cars from Auto Classic BMW and Infinity.

It s my third purchase from Auto Classic and it wont be my last either. All vehicles are so reliable and I find the aftercare service and quality of their inventory to be of very high quality.

Nothing is too much trouble and if there is ever an issue they make me feel like a valued customer and will rectify the issue quickly. It s great knowing they are there if I need them.

Thanks again team and I will be back for my next purchase!!

Save allot of time and pop into Auto Classic BMW if you want great Service.

Have bought three cars at auto classic. Sales and service have always been great experiences but my most recent experience buying my new car has been exceptional. BMW Genius Phillip French is amazing. He is so patient, interested and knowledgeable. An outstanding young man who seemed genuinely interested in us and our purchase.

Pushy salesman at Auto Classic made me buy an Audi. I was on my 5th BMW looking for number 6 but the sales staff here were awful. Too pre occupied on telling me how great they were at selling cars and not focussed on my needs. When you are looking at spending $70k on a new car you expect a little respect.

One of the most accomodating dealerships in regards to test rides. Over the years have offered me bikes to test overnight without me asking for extended tests. Dealership staff knew their product inside out. Every question was answered without going to a brochure. Ended up buying a used bike (not a BMW) from them and it stands out in better than new condition. Received great service. Realistic to negotiate with. Only good clean bikes found on their yard.

So I bought my first BMW bike and contacted Auto classic for service and advice. On hold for 10 minutes and the lady said someone will call me back soon. Shortly after my son called, he had dropped his bike and asked me for advice. I explained how to remove the gear selector. I called Honda in Jondalup - got a quote to repair and gave the details to my son. He has been there - got the selector bent straight and fitted --- for free and had a laugh with the service guys. He is up and ridding again ----- I am still waiting for Auto classic to call me back... I think I will buy a Honda -- this will not let me post unless I select at least one star - but should be negative stars

I must admit, I was really put off by car sales people in my journey for searching a new car that the thought of coming into a dealership was unbearable, that now has changed. While dealing with Dominic Collins, I was more than impressed by the level of service and care he gave in helping me to make my decision on buying a car. We had a fantastic experience when we took our BMW 320i in for a service and were helped by a very friendly, helpful and professional staff member - Massimiliano Zanin. After recently moving from Sydney and purchasing the car there, we found the BMW service centre in Vic Park and came across Massimilano (Max). We haven't had such friendly and helpful service like this before and we will continue to take our car there and recommend Max to others. He explained everything to us in detail and didn't rush us and spent time helping us with all our questions.

Especially if you see a sales man named leon i would suggest be careful
Went down to buy car for a friend, first thing leon jumped in and had a fight with his colleague convincing him that he deserves to deal with us. After they sattled and he managed to push his work mate away
We sat down and started negotiations
Leon kept comming from right and left ideotic jokes, lots of over acting and ended up exhausting my friends and trapped them to pay
I HOPE MY FRINDS ARE HAPPY AND WOULD NOT CHOOSE TO DEAL WITH SUCH PERSON AGAIN

Bought a pre-owned 520D last year. I was persuaded to purchase life time leather protection/cleaning package, paint protection package and window tinting package ($2k+)

Leather protection - Staff promises that whenever I bring my car in for service, I can request for a leather clean. My jeans stained my Ivory seat bluish. I brought in twice for service as the driver seat vanity mirror isn't working well (Took more than 3 months to get it fixed). Requested to use the Leather clean package, the staff simply say, they don't have the time. And ask me to book another service in to clean the seat. It is ridiculous to take a day off, send your car to clean your leather isn't it ? I tried to ask for leather clean again on the next service when I'm booking, staff simply say they need to check how busy they are. On the day of service, again, they refuse to clean my leather!! Very disappointing.

Paint protection - Staff mentioned they will be doing a polish and seal on my car, removing fine scratches and make the car look brand new. On the day of pick up, nothing has changed. Scratches still there. And they insisted they have done it...

Sales staffs were friendly, but I will highly recommend NOT getting any silly packages that they don't honor.

Couldn t have asked for a better sales experience.

Right from day one when I first showed interest in the car right up until the day of delivery was fantastic. I d like to have a special mention to Jack Rudas and Patel, these two are fantastic at their job and made buying a car easy and enjoyable. Both Jack and Patel took the time to explain everything to me throughout the whole process and I could not have asked for anything more! Very very bad experience with the service. You go there with one problem and notice another big problem within a few days. Repaired and replaced my BMW 3 series brake pads and within few months error message showed up on dash board saying replace brake pads. Took the car to another mechanic he mentioned that the brake pads were installed incorrectly. Phoned the Customer service to complain they say wear and tear... not happy with service and utterly very very disappointed.. The main issue is there is no competition in WA the other BMW dealership in Perth is also owned by Auto Classic..

I contacted them through their webpage for buying ...

I contacted them through their webpage for buying a new car. Their business development manager called me the next day. As I wanted to buy the car before the end of the financial year, I mentioned to her that it would not be possible, but she said there were two demos of X1 20i/25i I could buy. She said how much I would have to pay for it and invited me to do a test drive.
I went to their depot /showroom after confirming with her. She welcomed me and my colleague, and introduced me to a salesman.
He said no cars were available for buying before the end of the month and then he said a car worth $125,000 but I had to let them keep the car for 6weeks or so, but I had to pay it now for it. Kind of treating one that you can't afford the car kind of salesmanship. Who in the world would buy a car for $125,000 and then give it to the dealer for their use as a demo car?
With this kind of treatment before buying a car, what can you expect from them once you buy a car for any post purchase issues?
I would stay away from this dealer.

Auto Classic is not the only dealer of cars and this brand is not the only car.

The Used car team have Old style customer service type of values, knowledgeable staff that are willing to answer all your questions and not rush you into anything. Highly highly UNRECOMMENDED, had my recall work do...

Highly highly UNRECOMMENDED, had my recall work done on my E92 320D 2009 130KW MODEL and was getting glow plugs changed WITH THE RECALL WORK AT THE SAME TIME , was quoted 400 for glow plug change and they broke my glow plugs so that I could pay them more and when I said I cant pay more as it's their fault of breaking it, they simply turned me away and I ended up paying a lot of money to specialists for fixing the damage and after the recall work was done, I also ended up getting a fuel filter heater fault AS specialist said it's something to do with the battery terminal wiring that was done in recall, and when I asked them to fix the damage, they turned me away again and don't wanna cover it up.
I would suggest everyone to avoid this dealership at all costs. This is the worst dealership and customer service I have ever had and been to.

Recently purchased the X4M competition from Auto C...

Recently purchased the X4M competition from Auto Classic and the decision initially was a tight race between the Mercedes AMG GLC and BMW. My wife slightly prefering the Merc.

However when myself and my wife sat back and went through the experience between the two dealerships, The Auto Classic team led by Alana Vanderburg as the business development manager, and Adrian Ghirogi the sales person was second to none.

I had my existing BMW serviced there and briefly chatted to them then. when we came in to browse, they remembered my name, my coffee preference, my previous car history. Importantly gave my wife the space to think and choose what it feels like to drive the "ultimate driving machine."

I liken it to a discreet concierge service and not a commodity sell which is so often the case with car dealers.

Well done Auto Classic, and particularity the sales team.

I've waited for the parts of my mini for over 4 weeks. When it came to service it's very expensive. Don't seemed to know what they are doing when you gave them instructions. Disappointed. I don't think I would ever suggest anybody to service their car there.

Had my mini serviced here. Because a replaced part wasnt installed properly or couldve been a wrong part for my car i almost gotten in a serious accident. They apologised and reinstalled the part and i was told theyll come back to me about the issue. I never heard from them again until i reminded them months later. I was thinking of buying a bmw from them but because of this i changed my mind a bought a different brand from a different dealership. Will never deal with them again. Thanks for ignoring us

A bad experience from the word go- they lost my booking so they fitted me in- at 3:30 I was told my car was ready to pick up - I waiting in reception until 6:00. Driving home a deafening noise turned out to be ..they forgot to put the tray on the bottom of my car- it was still in the service bay. So the saga went on. Never again will I use Auto Classics

Both BMW dealerships are owned by the same parent company, so their parts are ridiculously expensive as are their services.

A high class escort with full service, costs less per hour. Naaagh, not really, but the hourly is pricey for labour. The escort will be more fun.

That said, when my Bimmer broke and I asked for advice, the service advisor pointed me at their e** model expert, who gave me a free tip. (The e** is voltage sensitive and that was likely causing my gearbox to be in limp home mode).
Well, it was actually a screwed gearbox, but, hey, the tip was free.
Oh and the service advisor didn't roll his eyes or silently groan.
Very rare and noteworthy. Ta muchly.

This on a car with 73,000kms.

You see, dear readers, most BMWs don't have the ability to add or change auto trans oil. Sealed for life. LoL
It is a great idea.
Change your gearbox instead of your oil.

Honestly, second hand BMWs are like owning a yacht but more expensive and less fun.

In 7 years. I've spent over 12 times the purchase price of my second hand Bimmer, on parts and repairs. (I am at pains to say, I didn't buy the car from Auto Classic.)
Yes, you read that right.
Example.
A single and relitively simple bolt broke in my crossmember.
The head just broke off.
Because hey... BMW.

I was quotes $120 each by Autoclassic and told to replace all 4

$480 for 4 bolts! Virtually off the shelf high tensile bolts.

Oh and I'd be off the road for at least 3 months, while I waited and they would come from Germany! I'm not joking.

I brought 4 genuine bolts on ebay for $37 including international postage !
They were here in a week and a day, from Europe.

Auto Classic, really???

Bimmers once looked sexy, but the latest crop (bar the 4 series coupe and the electric 8) are pig dog ugly, IMHO.

But you knew that.

But a lexus and get a yacht.
You'll still be broke, but you won't mortgage the house to stay on the road.

Autoclassic isn't bad, per se, actually I can only tell you of my experiences, but I hope the parts guy grew a personality.
He is (or was?) super spooky.

It isn't nice to be made to feel like a second class human, because I have an older model.
Yet all dealings that's the message I got.
You are poor, you have a model that's not new.
I've kept that in mind.
Circumstances change...
Now, I could now buy any of your cars at will, but I won't buy from Autoclassic.
(I don't hate Auto Classic. I just won't waste my money on a Bimmer from Auto Classic.)

If the yacht doesn't appeal, use Uber and you can drink to excess and save a fortune.

If you buy a Bimmer, remember both Perth dealers are the same parent company.

Prices will reflect the lack of competition.
Buy one in Brisbane at a huge saving, cruse down to Sydney, bring it back on the train, enjoy the flights, transfer it to WA reg and come out far ahead financially.

So Autoclassic, your takeaway is this.
Don't make the guys and girls with second hand Bimmers feel like second class humans.

We get ahead and it cost you a 4 series coupe sale.
Oh and then there is this review.
I'd imagine that with 359 000 people seeing my reviews and 21,000,000 people seeing my photos, our history will cost Autoclassic sales.

As a level 9 Local Guide, my review will count.

Next time, don't treat your less affluent customers like trash.

We get fortunate and influential.

I look foward to your social media person attempting to mitigate this review.

If the two Perth BMW dealerships aren't still owned by the same company, please advise and I'll reflect that in an immediate change to this review.

I've been an Auto Classic customer for the last 9 years.
3 BMWs later, I've built a professional and familial relationship with David Burnley, Marco Baroni and Luke from the After Sales and Service Department.
I find them to be service orientated and customer focused.
They've always attended to my car issues promptly.
My car is as good as my service centre/mechanic.

Have always received top notch service from Auto Classic for my BMW. All the staff to their best to please customers.

That Bruce Humphreys guy with his BMW model that has been out of production for 13 years probably wasn't a pleasant person to talk to, no one is when they use capital letters in a review. People who are members of car clubs seem to think they should get all the VIP treatment. They don't seem to think they're just as equal as everyone else.
