My boyfriend and I both want to say how impressed we are with Tse top, one of your associates working in the shoe department at the Seattle flagship store. He helped my boyfriend Jordan find the perfect pair of hiking boots. A little over a year ago, I bought some hiking shoes from REI but the sales associate didn't measure my foot and, being new to hiking, I didn't realize how the boots should feel when they fit correctly. For a year I struggled with my 8.5 shoes and didn't really enjoy long hikes. I came to realize the culprit was my shoes. After hearing my boyfriend praise Tse top's expertise we sought him out and Tse top assessed my shoe needs and found the most perfect pair of boots for me, in size 9. I love the shoes so much I wear them any chance I get. He really takes the time to understand your needs and is obviously an expert in his field. Thank you so much for having him on your team, hiking is now fun for me again!
